About Terravista
Terravista is the area's newest and largest community in Victoria, TX strategically located in the Northwest sector. It is conveniently located near US 87, US 59 and US 77 for easy access to major employment centers, retail, restaurants, and recreation. The new Ella Schorlemmer Elementary School is located within the development and the new Cade Middle School and Victoria West High School are within a few miles. The land plan design Terravista allows for smaller communities within a larger master plan. Phase 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 are now completed and Phases 7 and 8 are in the process.
